Upholding the strictest standards of sanitation, all metal instruments are first thoroughly cleaned with soap and water, then sterilized and sealed each set in a sterilization envelope and remains untouched until your service begins.

Service Policy
Nails are jewels, not tools.
Nail Enhancement Guarantee
New sets of nail enhancements (including dip and gel polish) are guaranteed for 5 business days, excluding fills. If your enhancements break, chip, or crack within this period, we are happy to provide free repairs. After 5 business days, repairs will incur a $5+ charge per nail.
Regular Polish Services
Regular polish services are not guaranteed, and we do not offer complimentary fixes for chipping, fading, or wear.
Color & Design Selection Responsibility
Clients are responsible for selecting their desired polish color and nail design before application begins. If a change is requested after all nails have been completed, an additional fee will apply to cover the extra time and materials required to make the adjustment.
Final Check Before Leaving
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your nails before leaving the salon. All services are final once you exit—this includes polish color, shape, length, and design. Revisions cannot be made after you have left the premises.
Lost & Left Items
We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal items. If any item is left behind, we will make an effort to contact you to arrange for pick up. Items not picked up within 1 week will be discarded.

Appointment Policy
To avoid unfair delays to our clients, your appointment will be rescheduled if you are 15 minutes late. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise, which could force you to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you’re running behind on time and/or need to cancel, we kindly ask that you give us a courtesy call in advance to let us know.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate must be presented at the time of purchase. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable. Certificates cannot be redeemed for gratuities or to purchase another gift certificate. Chrome Nail Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or any unauthorized use. Gift certificate is not valid without an authorized signature and/or matching reference number. All prices are subject to change. Gift certificates do not expire.
